Unleashed is shaping up and LSW continues to refine it as Defiance is about to get underway. The fans in Boulder are coming into the Coors Event Centre on the campus of the University of Colorado. They are buying merchandise and concessions as they are pumped to finally have a wrestling event in Colorado since the "Denver Debacle". With just two shows before LSW's first pay-per-view, the company is getting ready for an exciting show tonight. The fans begins to go into the arena where music is playing to set the mood. They then cheer when they see Michael and Eric coming down the ramp heading towards their announce position. Finally Denika follows and gets in the ring with a microphone in her hands. The Colorado crowd has their signs ready as Denika makes the announcement that is show time.

LSW - You love it...You need it...You want some more of it

The lights are out as "Sound of Madness" goes off throughout the arena then pyro lights up the entrance way. The lights come back on and cameras are shown panning around the arena with fans going crazy and showing off their signs.

"U.C Loves LSW!"

"Eric, Will you Marry Me?"

The fans are excited to see their signs on the big screens. Another camera then pans in on Michael Barclay and Eric Raper at their announce position.

Michael Barclay: Hey Eric, you actually have a fan. Can you believe it?

Eric Raper: I have millions of fans and they all love me. You jealous?

Michael Barclay: Not that for that one. She looks more like a she that should be a linebacker on Colorado's football team. Anyway, welcome ladies and gentlemen to the big show we call Defiance. We are live from the Coors Events Centre here on the lovely campus of the University of Colorado in Boulder. I am Michael Barclay and alongside me is Eric Raper.

Eric Raper: Mikey we have a huge show tonight. We have the hardcore championship that will be on the line. The Prodigy championship chase continues with Sophie Lucas, Eijou Mason, Sam Manson and Axl Dempsey.

Michael Barclay: That should be a great one. Plus Ravyn will be in action tonight against Matthew Triggs and out main event; Kevin Octane will go one on one with John Steele and the winner will be the third participant in the World Title match at Unleashed in just two weeks.

Eric Raper: We have a lot of show and these fans should be in store for a treat.

Michael Barclay: With that being said, it is time to start off Defiance with some championship gold on the line.

MATCH ONE
Gabriel (c) vs Steven Creed
Hardcore Title Match
Hardcore Rules

Eric Raper: I can’t think of any better way than to open Defiance with a hardcore title match.

Michael Barclay: You just love this violence that’s been happening as of late don’t you?

Eric Raper: Why wouldn’t I?

Michael Barclay: Well for those of you who didn’t tune in last week…

Eric Raper: Stop bumming the cable off of your friends and just shell out the 30 bucks a month.

Michael Barclay: As I was saying, if you didn’t tune in last week, Gabriel won the Hardcore title after he attacked the former champion, Rick Fitzpatrick at a bar, and claimed the championship.

Eric Raper: But he didn’t stop there as at the end of the show last week Gabriel literally destroyed Fitzpatrick. He took a sludge hammer to his chest and then hit his finishing manoeuvre on top of our announce table.

Michael Barclay: And he proudly announced that he was starting his new Era of violence. So you have to wonder, does the Era stop tonight with Slade Craven? Or will he become just another victim.

Denika Andersen: The following match is scheduled for one fall, and it is for the LSW Hardcore Championship! Introducing first, the challenger...Steven Creed!

Steven Creed walks out to the arena with no music. Creed poses at the top of the ramp. All of a sudden, Gabriel comes from the back and hits Creed in the back with a chair.

Michael Barclay: What the hell?!

Eric Raper: Oh what a joy it must be to be the hardcore champion. He can get away with stuff like this you know.

Steven falls to his knees, his back arched in the air. Gabriel comes swinging again with another chair shot, this time to Creed's head. Steven Creed drops like a sack of potato’s as Gabriel throws his chair to the side. He grabs a hold of Creed and rolls him down the entry ramp, giving him hard blows to the chest, back and head.

Eric Raper: What’s great about this is usually the Hardcore Champion has to be the one to watch his back, now it’s the challenger!

Michael Barclay: I don’t know, I still feel kinda' dirty even allowing this to happen.

Eric Raper: Oh get that stick out of your ass, sit back and enjoy.

Creed is finally at the bottom of the ring as Gabriel picks him up and drives his head deep into the ring post. Steven Creed drops to one knee as Gabriel picks him up and then hits him with a snap suplex on the outside of the right.

Michael Barclay: Don’t be fooled folks, those padded mats don’t have much give to them.

As Gabriel gets up he looks under the ring and pulls out a led pipe, and table. Gabriel throws the table into the ring but he has a hold of the led pipe, holding it in his hand so that the pipe is down his wrist. Just as Creed makes his way up Gabriel hits him with a clothesline in which the pipe does a lot of damage. Creed stumbles into the barricade that separates the fans from the action. He can barely stand up now as Gabriel grabs a hold of him, and lifts Creed up, only to drop him face first on the barricade. Gabriel grabs a hold of Steven Creed and then rolls him in the ring.

Ding, Ding, Ding!

Eric Raper: You know I always found its strange that the match never officially started until the bell rang. Kind of like what I was just watching hasn’t really counted.

Michael Barclay: Well this is more of a mugging than a match to begin with.

As Steven Creed lays on the ground Gabriel unties the corner turnbuckle padding and throws it on the ground. Gabriel grabs a hold of Creed's legs and catapults him into the naked ring corner, driving his head deep into the steel. Just as it looks like Creed’s going to fall back Gabriel grabs a hold of Steven Creed's head and drives it deep into corner again and again until we can see that Creed’s been busted wide open in which case Gabriel hits him with a neck breaker.

Michael Barclay: This is getting out of hand….I feel like I'm saying that a lot with Gabriel lately.

Eric Raper: This is hardcore. All is fair in love and war.

Gabriel sets up the table now, leaving in near the corner of the ring as he grabs Steven and rolls him up on top of it. Gabriel goes up top and hits a flying elbow which brings both men through the table. Although Gabriel looks like the move took a lot out of him, he smiles as he makes his way up and rolls out of the ring. While there he picks up his hardcore title which he dropped earlier while coming to the ring. He rolls back into the ring and ties the title around his knee area.

Michael Barclay: What the hell is he doing?

Eric Raper: Something that’s going to hurt Craven a lot.

Gabriel drags Steven out from the wreck of the table, and picks him up and whips him into the ropes. On his way back Gabriel jumps high in the air and drives the hardcore title, which I tied around his knee, into the face of Creed with a high knee. The shot almost takes Creed's head off as he’s laying broken and bloodied on the ground in the middle of the ring. Gabriel unties the title belt from his leg and starts to limp out of the ring again.

Eric Raper: Well the title did its damage….to both Steven and Gabriel.

Michael Barclay: So there is a little justice in the world?

Gabriel lifts up the ring apron one last time, pulling out his trusty sludge hammer.

Michael Barclay: You have got to be kidding me. Not again.

Gabriel looks at the hammer part, fascinated by its shine in the spotlight. He gives it a little kiss before rolling back into the ring, and circle Creed's body.

Michael Barclay: Don’t do it Gabriel. You’ve already won the match.

Gabriel holds the hammer so that steel part is facing the ground. He stands over craven before bringing down the final blow on Creed's chest. Gabriel just drapes his foot over Steven's lifeless body.

Two

Three.

Denika Andersen: And here is your winner, and still Champion……

Gabriel grabs the mic from Anderson now circling the ring, walking around Creed's body.

Gabriel: This serves as another warning to anyone who thought I wasn’t serious the first time. Have you seen Fitzpatrick in the back this week? As far as I’m concerned I’ve ended the man’s career, much like I’ve ended Steven Creed here tonight. Don’t be surprised if you don’t see Creed much again either. HA-HA.

Michael Barclay: This is kind of disturbing. One human being should not cause this kind of damage to another.

Gabriel: But this is just the beginning of the night. Just you wait, the Era of Violence will continue tonight.

Michael Barclay: What the hell does he mean by that?

Eric Raper: Looks like we still have another hour and forty five minutes to figure it out.

WINNER: Gabriel

MATCH TWO
4 Way Dance
Prodigy Title Chase
Sophie Lucas vs. Axl Dempsey vs. Eijou Mason vs. Sam Manson

The scene goes back to the arena as the cameras is panning around the crowd as the voices of Michael and Eric are heard.

Michael Barclay: We are ready to continue with Defiance and the third leg of the chase for the Prodigy championship.

Eric Raper: Last week was an interesting one because Eijou Mason joined the chase as a replacement and won the match.

Michael Barclay: I believe there is tension between Mason and Sam Manson because of some trash talking and I think it will intensify this coming up. With that said let's go to the ring and to our ring announcer, Denika Andersen.

A camera then pans in on Denika in the middle of the ring.

Denika Andersen: The following contest is the next leg in the chase for the Prodigy championship! This match will be a fatal four-way, sudden death pinfall match.

“Strength in Numbers” by The Music starts to play as Sophie slowly walks out from the back. With her eyes down cast and her shoulders slumped, she makes her way down to the ring with her dark hair almost covering her face.

Denika Andersen:  Introducing first, weighing in at 140 pounds...hailing from Rockford, Illinois...Sophie Lucas!

She climbs up the ring steps and ducks into the ring and just waits in her corner anxiously until the match starts.

Michael Barclay: Denika is the lightest participant in this match. She has looked very impressive in the previous matches and looks to be a serious contender for the title.

Eric Raper: Mikey I think her time is running out. She won't be able to stick around with the big guys anymore.

When It's Time To Party
You Know We'll Party Hard!"
The heavy yet melodic "Party Hard" by Andrew WK begins to blast out around the arena as the fans are brought to their feet in cheers. The stage area is a wash with flashing orange and red lights as Axl Dempsey bounces his way out from behind the stage curtain to greet the fans. He stands at the top of the ramp before tugging on the front of his t-shirt 3 times and throwing his arms into the air at the top of the ramp as an extra cheer goes up from the fans. Dempsey looks up around the fans for a moment before beginning to sprint down the ramp, sliding under the bottom rope smoothly into the ring.

Denika Andersen:  Next, hailing from Southampton, England...weighing in at 232 pounds...Axl Dempsey!

He quickly pouches to his feet before running to the far turnbuckle and jumping up onto it. He looks out over the fans, performing his shirt tugs and throws his arms up into the air once more. As the fans continue to cheer, Axl graduates from the second turnbuckle where he is stood - to standing on the top turnbuckle. In a quick and fluid move he throws himself backwards in a moonsault to stand on his feet in the ring, ready to compete.

Eric Raper: This man is amped and ready to go. Axl Dempsey could be a dark horse to go all the win in this chase.

As his theme starts Mason makes his way out from the back followed by his spokesman, Keysuke, and they stop by the entrance. Mason looks out over the crowd and shakes his head in disgust before he starts to walk down towards the ring, ignoring the wrestling fans in the arena.

Denika Andersen:  Participant three, accompanied to the ring by Keysuke...he hails from Tokyo, Japan and weighing in at 231 pounds...Eijou Mason!

At ringside Keysuke stays outside as Mason gets inside the ring, where he climbs a turnbuckle and looks out over the crowd with a superior look on his face and arms crossed across his chest.

Michael Barclay: This man walked in to the chase last week and won the match. He did so by dragging Sam Manson off of Dean Hobkirk and taking the pinfall. I would not be surprised to see some bad blood between those two in this match.

Eric Raper: Well of course Michael. I cannot wait for the encounter that Sam and Eijou will hopefully have.

"Are you ready" by Creed begins playing over the PS system as the fans begin to cheer. Sam Manson walks out from behind the curtain as the cheers grow louder. He walks down the ramp, slapping hands with the fans on the way down, he moves around the ringside area slapping hands with the fans before climbing onto the crowd barrier and posing while facing the cheering fans.

Denika Andersen:  Finally, hailing from Calgary, Alberta, Canada...weighing in at 200 pounds...Sam Manson!

He jumps off the crowd barrier and slides under the bottom rope. Inside the ring he climbs to the middle turnbuckle and poses once again for the fans before the music fades out.

Michael Barclay: Look at the determination on that man's face. He is ready to go and he is wanting to get his hands on Eijou.

Referee Roger Humphreys gets the participants to each corner. He calls for two to stay in and they are Axl Dempsey and Sophie Lucas. The bell rings and the match is underway. The circle each other and goes in for a tie-up. Axl over-powers Sophie and drives a knee into her gut. He then whips her in the ropes and hits her with a powerful clothesline. Axl then lifts Sophie and sets her up and hits a snap suplex. Axl get to his feet quickly and whips himself in the ropes. When he comes off he hits Sophie with a knee drop across the forehead. Axl gets to his feet and then jumps up and hits him with a leg drop across her throat.

Eric Raper: An early advantage for Axl over the lightweight that is Sophie Lucas.

Axl gets Sophie to her feet and whips her hard into the corner. Axl then follows that up with a hard clothesline in the corner. He then takes her out of the corner and hits her with a double arm DDT and goes for a pin.

ONE...

TWO...

Sophie kicks out. Axl gets Sophie up and then sends her back down with a bodyslam. Axl then goes out on the apron and scales the ropes. He leaps off the top rope and hits Sophie with a elbow drop. He gets up and goes back outside. He starts the climb the ropes but then he is tagged by Eijou who quickly gets in the ring.

Eric Raper: There is the one thing you have to be very careful about. The two guys standing on the apron is really wanting to get in and will sneak a tag to do so.

Michael Barclay: That's why you shouldn't go to well one too many times.

Eijou gets in and gets Sophie to her feet. She is then hit with several knee strikes before being sent in the ropes. Sophie comes off the ropes and is hit with a spinning heel kick. Eijou goes for a quick pin.

Sophie kicks out. Eijou goes towards Sophie's head and begins to apply the dragon sleeper.

Michael Barclay: This is going to be tough for Sophie to get out in her state right now.

Eijou applies pressure as Sophie is seen writhing in pain. The referee checks Sophie as she is becoming motionless.

Eric Raper: Uh oh! She is going to sleep on us Mikey. This could be a very quick match.

The referee lifts her arm twice before she begins to move again. She begins to fight out of it and kicks Eijou in the head.

Eric Raper: Whoa she is flexible. I like that in a woman.

Michael Barclay: Calm down Eric.

Eijou let's go of the hold but it has taken a toll on Sophie as she tries to crawl away from Eijou. Mason grabs Sophie and gets her to her feet. He whips her into her ropes and goes for a clothesline but Sophie rolls away from it and gets in a quick tag to Sam.

Michael Barclay: Here we go! This is what I was looking for since last week.

Sam gets in the ring and the two men do not take their eyes off of each other. Sam goes in for a tie-up and the two jockeys for position. Eijou gets the advantage when he rakes Sam's eyes. He then begins hitting Sam with some quick kicks to the abdomen. He then hits him with a European uppercut that stuns Sam. Eijou then sends Manson into the ropes and hits him with a sideslam to the mat. Eijou then gets on top of Sam and begins hitting him with punches to the face. While this is happening the referee is trying to get Eijou off of him and begins the five count.

Eijou gets off Sam. He lifts Sam and whips him into the corner. He goes to follow him with a clothesline but Sam gets out of the way and Eijou hits the turnbuckles hard. Sam then turns Eijou around and begins hitting him with some stiff kicks then finishing up with a spinning heel kick to the chin that send Eijou down while he is still in the corner.

Eric Raper: Can you believe this Michael? These two may beat the hell out of each other before this is over.

Michael Barclay: I don't see why not Eric. These two do have good things to say about each other. This is why we put them in the ring.

Sam backs up and then charges and his him with a kick to the face. Sam gets Eijou on is feet. Sam then holds on to him as he gets on the second rope. Sam puts Eijou in a front face lock and then hits him with a tornado DDT. Sam then goes for the pin.

ONE...

TWO...

Eijou kicks out. Sam gets to his feet and waits for Eijou to get up. Eijou does and Sam bounces off the ropes but before he can come off of them, Keysuke attempts to trip him up. Sam stops and is looking at Keysuke. While Keysuke is distracting Sam, Eijou charges towards him but Sam sees this and ducks and tosses Eijou out by delivering a back body drop over the rope. Eijou then lands on Keysuke who could not get out of the way in time.

Michael Barclay: That's a shame. If Keysuke could have just stayed out of the way he would not be in the predicament he is in now.

Eric Raper: Shut up. Keysuke was trying to help his man and took a bullet for him, sort of speak.

Axl comes in immediately and takes advantage of Sam who's looking out at Eijou. Axl hits him with several axe handle hits to the back. Axl sends Sam into the ropes. Sam comes off and hits him with a spinning heel kick. Axl drags Sam closer to a vacant corner. Then he goes to the outside and goes to the top again.

Michael Barclay: Axl is going to the top once more. Hopefully he can be more successful this time around.

Axl leaps off going for a swanton bomb but misses as Sam rolls out of the way. Two slowly gets up. Axl is leaning on the ropes and Sam sees this and charges towards him. Sam hits Axl with a clothesline that sends him over the ropes.

Eric Raper: Axl tried to end this match in a big way but it ends up being him being sent out of the ring.

Michael Barclay: That could be the difference between him getting his hand raised and seeing someone else winning this match.

Sophie gets in the ring. She runs towards him and begins hitting him with punches to the face. She then kicks him in the gut. She then stands next to him and attempts a Russian leg sweep but Sam blocks the attempt by hitting her with some elbows. She let's go of the hold and Sam takes control. Sam whips Sophie in the ropes. She comes off and Sam hits her with a flapjack. He then gets to his feet. He looks around and then sets up and hits her with a curb stomp.

Eric Raper: That's gotta' hurt.

Sam goes for the pinfall.

ONE...

TWO...

THRE...

Eijou comes in and pulls Sam off. Eijou then hits Sam with a DDT before rolling him out of the ring.

Michael Barclay: Eijou has done it again. He may steal another pin from Sam Manson!

Eric Raper: Steal? I don't think it's stealing. There is no rule saying that the men have to stay on the apron. He is taking his opportunity.

Eijou lifts Sophie and measures her out before performing a move. He then kicks her in the gut. Then Eijou hooks both her arms and hits her with double underhook backbreaker. He goes for a pin but gets back up. He lifts Sophie and kicks her in the gut again. Eijou then puts her head between his legs and then lifts her up. He then hits Sophie with a powerbomb on the turnbuckle.

Michael Barclay: Sophie is taking some serious damage tonight.

Eric Raper: I told you that she was not able to hang around any longer.

Eijou keeps Sophie in the corner. He then gets on the second rope about to hit her with several punches but at that time Sam gets back in the ring hits him with a dropkick that sends him over the ropes and crashing to the ground.

Michael Barclay: Sam takes his opportunity and sends Eijou back out.

Sam then takes advantage of Sophie in the corner and hits her with the final encounter and goes for the pin.

ONE...

THREE!

Eric Raper: Sam gets another victory in this chase.

The bell tolls.

Denika Andersen: Here is your winner...Sam Manson! Therefore Sophie Lucas has been eliminated from the chase.

"Are you ready" plays as Sam has his hand raised. He then sees Eijou getting to his feet and begins talking to him while Eijou is walking away with Keysuke.

Michael Barclay: We saw a little bit of what could be a big rivalry between Sam and Eijou.

Eric Raper: Eijou had the victory in his grip but this time Sam took it away.

Michael Barclay: Sophie Lucas is out of further competition in this chase match and she put up a valiant effort but next week we will have a triple threat match to see who moves on to the final leg of the Prodigy chase at Unleashed.

WINNER: Sam Manson

ELIMINATED: Sophie Lucas

MATCH THREE
Ravyn vs Matthew Triggs
Singles Match
Normal Rules

Denika Andersen: The following match is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, from Hell, Michigan weighing in at 115pounds, she is Ravyn!

Darkness engulfs the arena as we hear the voice of a young woman reciting a shortened version of a classic poem...

Once upon a midnight dreary, while I pondered weak and weary,
Over many a quaint and curious volume of forgotten lore,
While I nodded, nearly napping, suddenly there came a tapping,
As of some one gently rapping, rapping at my chamber door.
`'Tis some visitor,' I muttered, `tapping at my chamber door -
Only this, and nothing more.'

Open here I flung the shutter, when, with many a flirt and flutter,
In there stepped a stately raven of the saintly days of yore.
Not the least obeisance made he; not a minute stopped or stayed he;
But, with mien of lord or lady, perched above my chamber door -
Perched upon a bust of Pallas just above my chamber door -
Perched, and sat, and nothing more.

Then this ebony bird beguiling my sad fancy into smiling,
By the grave and stern decorum of the countenance it wore,
`Though thy crest be shorn and shaven, thou,' I said, `art sure no craven.
Ghastly grim and ancient raven wandering from the nightly shore -
Tell me what thy lordly name is on the Night's Plutonian shore!'
Quoth the raven, `Nevermore.'

Spotlights flick on around the arena as “Open Your Eyes” by Guano Apes begins to play across the PA system. After a few moments the curtains part and Ravyn Taylor makes her way out on to the stage dressed in a fur cloak and hood, standing there for a moment raising her arms in to the air and seemingly absorbing the atmosphere while the masked man known as Nathaniel Hardcastle makes his way out on to the stage, kneeling at her feet. As the chorus of the song kicks in she walks down to the ring, walking around the ringside area as Denika makes the announcement.
As the chorus of the song kicks in she walks down to the ring, leaping up on to the apron while Nathaniel holds down the ropes for her to enter the ring. Once in the ring Ravyn climbs the turnbuckles, raising her arms as though in celebration of herself before jumping back down to the ring and leaning in the corner, as Nathaniel once again kneels at her feet. She drops the cloak to the outside of the ring and points at ringside where Nathaniel rolls loyally before collapsing to a seated position in the corner and smiling up at the ring announcer and referee.

Michael Barclay: Ravyn who has been very impressive as of late will be facing off tonight…against this man…

The arena fills with darkness, but red spotlights begins to shine from the stage, into the arena roof, and then around into the crowd as "Shock of the Lightning" plays over the sound system. Appearing at the top of the ramp, a smiling Matthew Triggs stands, holding both of his arms in the air, inviting the crowd to witness his prime physical shape.

Denika Andersen: From Manchester…England! Weighing in at 229lbs, he is…Matthew Triggs!

As he drops his arms, fireworks explode into the roof of the arena, and the lights are raised up. Strobe lights still flash in time to the music as Triggs makes his way down to the ring. He slides under the bottom rope, and climbs onto the turnbuckle - pointing both of his thumbs towards his chest as he does so. He jumps down, and awaits the start of the match.

Eric Raper: Real athleticism right there…no doubt about it.

Michael Barclay: I have to agree but he didn’t manage to make it into the World Title match losing against Vincent Demichelis a few weeks back, Ravyn has to be the favourite tonight?

Eric Raper: We’ll see…

The referee steps into the centre of the ring as the two shake it out in their respective corners and he signals the bell to get this match underway,

Michael Barclay: Here we go!

Eric Raper: Well done Captain Obvious.

The two hook up and Matthew Triggs uses his weight advantage to push Ravyn back, but she quickly slides out of the hook up and takes Triggs down using his momentum to lock up a drop toe hold, Triggs head smashing into the middle turnbuckle, flipping over leaning against them. She quickly takes advantage by pushing her foot across the throat of the struggling Triggs.

Michael Barclay: The referee breaks it but some damage will have already been done there.

Eric Raper: A nice move there by Ravyn, legal or not.

Michael Barclay: Of course you don’t care about legality do you Raper?

Eric Raper: Only if I get caught.

Triggs gets up but is instantly caught napping by the vicious Ravyn who leaps up hitting the double knee backbreaker just as Triggs had begun to catch his breath in the corner. Triggs is left hung up in the corner over the middle rope, and as he does Ravyn heads in but the referee pushes her back into the centre of the ring as he begins to check on Triggs.

Eric Raper: Let them go at it ref! Christ!

Michael Barclay: He’s on the ropes you know he won’t do that.

Eric Raper: Stupid legalities!

The referee once again has to push Ravyn back just as she begins to advance on the still grounded and dazed Triggs. As he tends to Triggs again, Ravyn for a third time heads in only to be thwarted by the referee again accompanied by a stern warning. Triggs gets up eventually only to be quickly attacked with a vicious flying forearm knocking him back down to exactly the same position he was just in.

Michael Barclay: She’s definitely keeping his arial abilities to a minimum. If non-existent.

Eric Raper: That’d be the right tactics.

As Triggs kneels crouched in the corner, Ravyn stands back almost sizing him up and in a flash she snaps a roundhouse kick to the back of Triggs head. He bounces up and staggers round allowing Ravyn to lock in Quoth The Raven.

Eric Raper: That’s an Anaconda Vice right there!

Michael Barclay: Will Triggs tap? He is close to the ropes as he claws and grasps away!

He gets to the ropes and the referee calls for the break. Ravyn holds on.

One!

Two!

Three!

Four!

She breaks the hold just in time and pulls Triggs into the centre of the ring before locking in the vice grip again.

Michael Barclay: Surely he has to tap this time!

Triggs has his hand in the air ready to tap, the referee asking over and over will he give up. Matthew Triggs taps furiously as Ravyn rolls off and the referee raises her arm to the sound of “Open Your Eyes” by Guano Apes.

Denika Andersen: Your winner...Ravyn!

Michael Barclay: There it is! This one is over!

Eric Raper: Thanks again Captain Obvious.

Michael Barclay: For the second time in two weeks she wins with the Quoth The Raven submission…another vicious performance by Ravyn. She is definitely on fire going into the pay-per-view World Title match.

Eric Raper: She wouldn’t be a bad bet at all. That was one hell of a one sided affair.

WINNER: Ravyn

The scene goes back into the arena and pans on Michael and Eric.

Michael Barclay: We are just 2 weeks away from Unleashed and it is looking like a great way to start off LSW on pay-per-view.

Eric Raper: I can't wait for it.  The whole weekend is going to be rocking when we get to Lubbock.

Michael Barclay: Like this school, the campus of Texas Tech and it's United Spirit Arena is a Big 12 school.

Eric Raper: What are you talking about?

Michael Barclay: It's a college conference for sports and academics.  Let's take you to Kerin Atcher with another Unleashed Control Centre.

The scene cuts to Unleashed graphics as "Rebirthing" by Skillet plays.  Then we see Kerin in front of a screen with Unleashed graphics displayed on it.

Kerin Atcher: Welcome to the Unleashed Control Centre, I'm Kerin Atcher.  We are just two weeks away from the big pay-per-view and we are getting closer to crowning two new champions.  Earlier tonight we saw the latest in the Prodigy championship chase as Sam Manson picks up another win.  He and Eijou Mason are also getting wrapped in what looks like to be a rivalry between those two.  Don't forget Axl Dempsey that has been in this as well and is looking to capture his first gold in LSW.

Graphics are shown with the words "LSW World Heavyweight Title Four-Way Match"

Kerin Atcher: With Vincent Demichelis and Ravyn already in the mix, we await the outcome of tonight's main event as Kevin Octane makes his debut in a high pressure match agaisnt John Steele.  This four-way match will catapault one of these athletes on top of the proverbial, LSW Mountain, and make one of them our first world's champion.  Should be an exciting one.  Meanwhile, Gabriel is wreaking havoc on his opponents and is wanting to make an impact with his new era of hardcore in LSW.  We have word that an opponent for him will be announced next week right here on the Control Centre and there always will be a match stipulation added to it.

"Rebirthing" by Skillet plays a little louder as the segment comes to a close.

Kerin Atcher: Unleashed is shaping up to be a great event and the fans in Lubbock and surrounding areas will be in for a great show.  More matches will be announced right here on the Control Centre and on Defiance as we get them.  The show is sold out in Texas and the only way to get it is on pay-per-view.  So call you cable operator if you have to or if you have the luxury of having sattelite and digital cable order it now, you do not want to miss out.  So for the Unleashed Control Centre, I am Kerin Atcher, now back to the arena for more LSW Defiance.

Unleashed graphics flash across the screen as the scene goes back to inside the Coors Events Centre.

MATCH FOUR
Vincent Demichelis vs Aaron Rodgers
Singles Match
Normal Rules

Michael Barclay: And now its time for a match that I think everyone is extremely excited for. Demichelis vs Rodgers.

Eric Raper: Your absolutely right. After seeing these two exchange words during the course of the week you have to believe that there is some bad blood between them.

Michael Barclay: Well keep in mind that this is Aaron Rodger’s first match in the LSW, and he’s looking to do what ever he can to make an impact.

Eric Raper: Well if he could some how pull out a win against Vincent Demichelis, he would be making one hell of an impact.

Denika Andersen: The following match is scheduled for one fall, Introducing first, from Vancouver, Canada, weighing in at 215 pounds, he is Vincent Demichelis!!

Vincent appears through the curtains but walks down the ramp at a slow pace, focused on nothing but the center of the ring. There's no looking around, just a slow step by step clumping on the ramps from Demichelis' thick combat boots. His trench coat has been discarded leaving himself in nothing but ripped combats and baring his wounds, a bandage covers his shoulder as well as a thick black eye and a blood wound covered just above it. He gets into the ring and leans against a turnbuckle, no emotion.

Michael Barclay: Well this is a new look for Vincent. Over the past few weeks he has had some troubles trying to follow through with the poster boy persona but it looks like he has taken a huge hit.

Eric Raper: Well it started last week when he started questioning himself and earlier this week the change occurred.

Michael Barclay: I thought he was on a great track to be the poster boy of LSW but of course what do I know?

Eric Raper: Absolutely nothing and you should know that.

Denika Andersen: And his opponent, weighing in at 235 pounds, he is Aaron Rodgers.

“Head Strong” by Trapt begins to play. The arena goes dark as blue lights and smoke fill the entrance way. A shadow begins to walk forward and breaks through the smoke to show himself to be Rodgers. He walks to the ring not looking at the crowd but into the ring. As he climbs up the apron, he pulls back on the ropes and leaps over them.

Both men stand in the middle of the ring, waiting for the bell to ring.

Michael Barclay: This kind of match has main even written all over it.

Eric Raper: You could cut the tension with a knife.

Ding, Ding, Ding.

The bell rings and both men go at it. Demichelis and Rodgers exchange right hands back and forth. But Rodgers starts to win out, and whips Demichelis into the ropes. Demichelis comes back, and gets a stuff kick in the gut. While doubled over, Rodgers hits Demichelis with a swinging neck breaker that takes Demichelis off his feet. But Demichelis doesn’t stay down for long, and is back on his feet, sending hard chops to Rodgers chest. Rodgers gets backed up into a corner, and Demichelis attempts to whip him into the opposite corner. But Rodgers reverses, and Demichelis goes chest first into the turn buckle. Rodgers takes off and clotheslines Demichelis from behind, driving him further into the turnbuckle.

Michael Barclay: Demichelis is in a bad way.

Eric Raper: I told you he would be.

As Demichelis is trying to catch his breath, but Rodgers keeps up with the punishment, grabbing Demichelis from behind and delivering a hard belly to back suplex. Rodgers looks to take advantage and picks up Demichelis. But Demichelis starts to fight back, sending closed fists to the gut of Rodgers, who starts to back off, and Demichelis bounces off the ropes, and takes out Rodgers with a flying clothesline. Rodgers pulls himself up, but is taken down again with a drop toe hold and Demichelis applies a headlock.

Michael Barclay: Don’t look now but Demichelis is in control.

Demichelis has the headlock on tight, but that doesn’t stop Rodgers from trying to fight out of it. Demichelis keeps it tight, and Rodgers is only able to get to one knee. He throws wild elbows in hopes of loosening Demichelis hold. Finally Rodgers has made it to his feet and pushes Demichelis off and into the ropes. After bouncing off the ropes Demichelis gets a stiff drop kick that almost sends him out of the ring. But he gets on the apron, and Rodgers is looking to send him flying. But Demichelis grabs a hold of Rodgers and hits him with the guillotine, forcing Rodgers throat to be pulled into the ropes.

Eric Raper: Nice shot by Demichelis to take advantage of the situation he’s in.

Michael Barclay: He’s doing everything in his power to win this match.

As Rodgers lays in the middle of the ring, holding his throat, Demichelis gets back on the ring apron, and goes up top. He stays their until Rodgers makes his way back to his feet, his back turned to Demichelis.

Eric Raper: Looks to me like Demichelis is going for a high risk manoeuvre.

Just when Rodgers is close enough, Demichelis takes of, but Rodgers turns around at the right moment, and sends a hard right to the gut of Demichelis, causing him to flip over, and land square in the ring. Rodgers wastes no time sending a few kicks to the head and body, weakening the will of Demichelis. Rodgers again pick’s up Demichelis and dropping him with a scoop slam, and then hitting a big leg drop. Rodgers goes for the pin.

Kick out.

Eric Raper: Rodgers is going to need more then that to get the pin.

Demichelis starts to make his way up, just as Rodgers wants. Rodgers goes for a grapple but Demichelis escapes it, and grabs Rodgers from behind. He attempts a German Suplex but Rodgers wraps his leg around Demichelis, preventing the grapple. Demichelis sends a few forearm shots to the back of Rodgers’s skull, and attempts the German Suplex again. But Rodgers grabs a hold of the ropes, preventing the Suplex once again, and sends a mull kick right in-between the legs of Demichelis. The Ref warns Rodgers that another shot like that could be a DQ. But Rodgers refuses to listen, and picks Demichelis up, hitting him with a fishermen’s Suplex, going for the pin.

Th....Kick out.

Michael Barclay: Not enough.

Rodgers looks pissed as he grabs Demichelis up again, throwing him into the turnbuckle. Rodgers takes out his frustration by sending several shots to the body of Demichelis. Just when it looks like Demichelis has taken enough, Rodgers pulls him up on top of the turnbuckle.

Eric Raper: This might be it right here.

Rodgers taunts the crowd in a tornado DDT. But out of no where Demichelis starts battling back, sending rights to the ribs of Rodgers, who must release his hold. Demichelis capitalizes by pushing Rodgers off of the top rope, and onto the canvas. Rodgers rolls up right away, but is caught with a cross body from the top rope as Demichelis goes for his first pin of the night.

T....Kick out.

Michael Barclay: And just when you thought it was over, Demichelis digs deep.

Eric Raper: But close only counts in horse shoes and hand grenades. He’s still a long way from winning this match.

Both men now make their way up as Demichelis throws a hard chop that can be heard through out the building. But Rodgers counters and throws a hard chop of his own. Both men go back and forth, till Rodgers looks to hit Demichelis with a standing clothesline. But Demichelis ducks the attack, and hits Rodgers with a huge Samoan drop. The crowd is on their feet as Demichelis challenges Rodgers to get up. And when he does he is met with a hard elbow to the face followed by a inverted DDT.

Michael Barclay: With every shot, every move, Demichelis makes his way closer to winning this huge match.

Eric Raper: But Rodgers is still a huge obstacle in Demichelis way, and he’s not going down without a fight.

Demichelis pulls up Rodgers and gives him a big uppercut that sends him reeling. He is met again with a hard right hand. Rodgers looks out on his feet and Demichelis reaches back real far, looking for a final blow, when Rodgers blocks the attack, and gives Demichelis a thumb to the eye. Temporarily blinded, Rodgers bounces off the ropes, but Demichelis hits Rodgers with a huge Spine buster. Demichelis reaches down, looking to get a Texas Cloverleaf on Rodgers, but Rodgers fights it, and pushes his legs out, causing Demichelis to fly back and knock down the Ref. Rodgers looks like he’s had enough of this as he rolls out of the ring, and grabs a chair.

Michael Barclay: What the hell is Rodgers doing?

Eric Raper: Take one guess.

Rodgers is now in the ring and is looking for Demichelis who is just making his way up. Rodgers charges with the chair, but Demichelis ducks the shot, and hooks up a double arm DDT, standing right over the chair. But Rodgers fights out of it, and pushes Demichelis. He looks to grab a hold of Rodgers again, but Rodgers sweeps Demichelis off his feet, and then catapults him into the turnbuckle. Just as Demichelis is regaining his composure, Rodgers kicks him and hits an Impaler DDT on the chair. Rodgers pushes the chair out of the ring, and goes for the pin.

Michael Barclay: No, not this way.

The Ref is very slow making his way to the pin. But as soon as he does he goes for the count.

Thre...kick out

Eric Raper: Oh my God.

Michael Barclay: It can’t be! Demichelis just kicked out, he just kicked out!

Eric Raper: The ref was to slow making it to the count, and as a result, the match will continue.

Both men look like they can hardly believe it. But they pull themselves up all the same, and again try to gain the advantage. It’s Rodgers who is the first to strike, grabbing a hold of Demichelis. But Demichelis pushes Rodgers away, and hits him with an over head punch. Rodgers falls to a knee. Demichelis then runs his thumb across his throat, signalling the end is near. He pulls Rodgers close to him, but Rodgers give Demichelis a hard knee to the gut. Demichelis stumbles back, and Rodgers hits Demichelis with a superkick that knocks Demichelis into the turnbuckle.

Michael Barclay: What a shot.

Rodgers lifts Vincent and sits him on the top rope. Aaron then stands on the second rope setting up a top rope suplex.

Eric Raper: This is not going to feel good to anyone.

Aaron goes for the suplex but Vincent begins fighting him. Vincent then punches Aaron off the top rope. Vincent then stands on the top rope. He waits for Aaron to get to his feet. Aaron is up and then Vincent flies off the top with a crossbody block. Aaron uses the momentum and floats over and rolls Vincent up for a pin.

Vincent kicks out at the nick of time. The two men get back to their feet and they are trading punches back and forth. Finally, Aaron gains the advantage and knees Vincent in the gut. Aaron goes for a suplex and gets Vincent halfway up before Demichelis slips out and gets behind Aaron. Vincent then rolls Aaron up in a victory roll for a pinfall.

The referee calls for the bell.

Denika Andersen: Here is your winner, Vincent Demichelis!

Eric Raper: Demichelis gets the victory in a highly competitive match.

Vincent rolls into the corner of the ring while his music is playing. Roger Humphreys raises his arm in victory and goes up the ramp to go to the back. Aaron looks surprised about the defeat.

Michael Barclay: Aaron Rodgers almost had the win but it slipped right out from him. He gave it his all and I hope to see them compete one more time.

WINNER: Vincent Demichelis

With a sick smile he slumps into the corner, the referee standing a few feet from the demonic figure that Vincent Demichelis has become. Alicia comes running down the ramp way along with a member of the medical team. She slides into the ring and quickly crawls over to Demichelis. With a microphone in her hand she begins talking to him as he stares blankly through her.

Alicia: Vinnie! Look it’s me Alicia…for Christ sake snap out of this!

Vincent eventually acknowledges her.

Vincent: I know who you are…realise who I am.

He rips the microphone from her hand.

Vincent:: I’m still Vincent, just with a realisation is all…you need one. You need to realise being ‘The Poster Boy’ everyone expects you to be this virtue…this virtue that would never put a foot wrong in an old fashioned traditional sense…all the while living in an un-traditional, modern world with all it’s hellishness…all it’s pitfalls.

Alicia: I understand where you’re coming from Vinnie…but look what it’s doing to you.

Vincent: It’s a hardening process Alicia…it’s going to take it’s time. Eventually nothing will hurt me. I will be void of feeling any pain that the demons of this hell can cause physically…and mentally I’m already far stronger than anything they’ve faced before.

Alicia: Please at least let this medic tend to your wounds, clean you up a bit, just let me do that.

Vincent: For you…anything.

Alicia is taken back by Vincent’s willingness to go with her. She gulps as she gets to her feet as Vincent slowly follows. The medic heads to the back a few paces behind them.

MAIN EVENT
Singles Match
World Title Qualifier #3
Kevin Octane vs. John Steele

Michael Barclay: As you know the main event tonight is for a shot to go into the battle royal for the world title.

Eric Raper: There’s a lot on the line here tonight, and a lot to prove.

Michael Barclay: Well Steele has a lot to prove after he almost beat Demichelis. It will be interesting to see of Octane has what it takes to become the number one contender.

Eric Raper: I guess we’ll have to find out.

Denika Andersen: Tonight Main event is schedule for one fall, and it is for the no 1 contendership for the world title. Introducing first, from Dublin, Ireland, weighing in at 500 pounds, he is Octane.

“Fuel” by Metallica hits the PA system as Octane makes his way to the ring.

Eric Raper: You have to believe Octane is the favourite in this match, look at the size of him. Easily the biggest LSW superstar.

Michael Barclay: Well Steele is tough, he’ll fight this match to the bitter end.

Eric Raper: Just because he is tough doesn’t mean that he’s going to win the match.

Michael Barclay: I know that, but he going to make Octane fight one of the hardest matches of his life. The number one contendership is up for grabs tonight, this title would be the biggest in their careers.

Michael Barclay: Introducing next from Jacksonville, Florida, weighing in at 280 pounds, he is the John Steele.

"Payback" by Flaw begins to play as John Steele steps from behind the curtain. Steel walks out with his head down shaking loose his arms until he gets to the ramp. Red pyro shoots up the ramp on both sides towards Steele. When it gets to him it sprays all over him and Steele breathe in the smoke. When the pyro dies out Steele lifts his head and yells while holding his arms out. When his head come back to normal he blows smoke out of his nose. He makes his way down to the ring and his eyes hold an icy stare. He climbs into the ring and walks in a slow circle looking at the crowd until his music fades away.

Michael Barclay: Who’s going to join Rayvn, and Demichelis in the world title match?

The bell rings and Steele is sprints into an un-expecting Octane’s corner, and jumps on top of Octane and starts sending several right hands to the face of Octane. Octane gets pissed off and pushes Steele to the ground, but Steele rolls up and dives into the midsection of Octane who’s back is against the turnbuckle. Octane doubles over and Angle tries to whip Octane into the opposite corner, but Octane reverses and sends Steele to the corner with such force that Steele is knocked forward when his back hits the turnbuckle. Steele is now on the ground and Octane lifts up his head and gives Steele a hard right to the face. Steele buries his face in the canvass as Octane starts yelling at the crowed who is now booing him.

Michael Barclay: As you can see Octane is not a fan favourite here.

Eric Raper: Well he really didn’t earn this shot to be honest. The guys kind of a fluke.

Michael Barclay: Well whether he earned it or not he’s in it.

As Octane's back is turned Steele lunges forward and hits Octane with a low blow. Octane doubles over and Steele hits him with a hard knee to the face that catches Octane off guard and brings him to the upright position where Steele hits him with a high spinning heel kick that takes Octane to the ground. But Octane is back up, and Steele sends a few ineffective chops his way. Octane retaliates with a big clothesline that takes Angle off his feet, and on to the canvas.

Michael Barclay: Look at the strength of Octane.

Eric Raper: Its almost scary.

All of a sudden Fort Minor’s “Remember the Name” Hits the PA system.

Michael Barclay: Oh no.

Eric Raper: Yes! He said he’d be back.

Both Octane and Steele are on there feet as they are looking up the ramp, waiting for the Gabriel to come down. Just as the music stops playing Octane looks behind him to see the Hardcore Champ on his feet with the title belt in his hands. Gabriel lunges and takes Octane out. Steele throws a right hand but Gabriel blocks the shot and sends a right hand of his own followed by a DDT in the middle of the ring. The ref calls for the bell.

Michael Barclay: Gabriel should be fired, he just ruined our main event!

Eric Raper: Oh what do you care, these two have a combination record of 0-1. If anything Gabriel’s giving these fans what they want. Violence.

Octane is looking to make his way up as Gabriel gives him a hard kick to the gut and pushes him outside the ring. Just as Octane is making is way up on the outside Gabriel bounces off the ropes and dives through the middle ropes with his title in hand, driving it into the face of Octane. Gabriel rolls up and grabs a hold of the steel steps and drives it hard into the chest of Octane. Gabriel rolls under the ring and pulls out his trusty sludge hammer that we saw early tonight.

Eric Raper: Gabriel’s favourite weapon.

Michael Barclay: He’s ruined our main event. Possibly ended the career of two of our superstars, and now he’s going for a third? What the hell is this?

Gabriel waits for Octane to make his way up and just as he is about to swing his weapon the ref grabs a hold of it, and takes it from Gabriel. He doesn’t look to happy about it as Gabriel makes a gesture acting as if he is going to hit the referee and the ref flinches and drops the weapon. Gabriel grabs the sledge hammer and turns his focus back on Kevin. He then charges and drives the hammer into the head of Kevin which causes him to go limp on the mat. Then the voice of Xavier Hughes in heard.

Xavier Hughes: Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! What the hell are you doing?!

A camera is now on Xavier at the top of the ramp.

Xavier Hughes: I understand that you are on a mission to show everyone in LSW a new era in hardcore but it has gone far enough Gabriel.

Xavier waves to the back.

Xavier Hughes: Come on out guys.

Security and Boulder police comes out from the back.

Xavier Hughes: You need to get out of the ring and leave the building. You're done for the night.

The security and police walks down the ramp and towards the ring.

Michael Barclay: Now that’s uncalled for.

Eric Raper: Don’t get between a man and his mission.

Xavier Hughes: I appreciate the determination and focus you have Gab but we can't have this. You have went ape shit throughout the night and you need to get out.

Gabriel sighs and has a careless look on his face as he goes out in between the ropes. He slowly walks down the steps as the security and police encloses him. They all then walk up the ramp. Gabriel is screaming “Era of Violence baby!!!” while going up the ramp. Xavier moves aside as the huge group walks pass him.

Xavier Hughes: Thank you Gabriel for cooperating. Now for you fans. You guys paid good money to see a great show and that is what I intend on giving you. Now even though those two have been beating to hell I think we still need to figure out who is going to Unleashed.

Eric Raper: What the hell is he talking about? Those guys can't continue.

Xavier Hughes: This match will continue but I am going to tweak it a little. There is a guy that impressed me a lot earlier tonight and I thought to give him another shot. So this match will now be a triple threat match and the third opponent is...AARON RODGERS!

“Head Strong” by Trapt begins to play. Aaron comes back out with a towel over his shoulders.

Michael Barclay: Looks like he is pulling double duty tonight and is getting a prime opportunity right now.

Eric Raper: I don't think this is right. There is no way these guys are going to be in shape for this. Aaron is practically getting this match handed to him.

Aaron makes it down to the ring and gets in. He throws the towel outside.

Xavier Hughes: Start the match Roger.

Roger calls for the bell. Aaron lifts Kevin's limp body. He sets up for a suplex. Aaron then gets him up and hits him with brain buster suplex and goes for the pin.

ONE...

TWO...

THREE!

Roger calls for the bell.

WINNER: Aaron Rodgers

Michael Barclay: Unbelievable, Aaron Rodgers comes out on the short end of his original match tonight but is winner in a match that he was not supposed to be involved in.

Eric Raper: Aaron is the ultimate opportunist but I hope he doesn't feel very accomplished. This was handed to him after Gabriel ruined the original match.

Michael Barclay: He did what he had to do and we cannot blame him for that. Let's get the official word from Denika.

Denika Andersen: Here is your winner and will receive a spot in the World title match at Unleashed...Aaron Rodgers!

Aaron gets on the second rope and celebrates as “Head Strong” is playing. The medical staff comes out to check on John and Kevin while this is happening.

Michael Barclay: Folks what a controversial ending to this week's Defiance. Hopefully next week we will get some things cleared up.

Eric Raper:
Damn straight we will.

Michael Barclay: For my broadcast partner, Eric Raper, I'm Michael Barclay saying goodnight from Boulder.

The LSW logo appears in the bottom right hand corner of the screen as we fade out from our show.
